A ceremony is set for May 10, 2005 at Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia for Ahlmeyer's burial with military honors. This date coincides with the anniversary of when Heinz and his comrades, Malcom T. Miller, Sgt. James M. Tycz, and Lance Cpl. Samuel A. Sharp, were first reported missing. After the ceremony, there will be a reception at The Top of The Town at 1400 N. 14th Street, Arlington from 2-5 p.m., which is being hosted by the Alpha Recon Association.
