PUERTO RICO- The New Paltz women's tennis team defeated the University of Puerto Rico at Rio Piedras, 5-4 Monday afternoon.  Rio Piedras are the defending champions in Puerto Rico.

2nd doubles:  Montana Wilson and Kayla DiPaulo lost 8-5

3rd doubles:  Kerri Serkes and Alexandria Esposito lost 8-3

1st signals:  Schara lost 6-3, 6-1

2nd singles:  Wilson won 6-1, 6-1

3rd singles:  Garyn won 6-1, 6-0

4th singles:  DiPaulo won 6-1, 6-0

5th singles:  Ingrid Maryansky won 6-3, 6-2

6th singles:  Esposito won 6-1, 6-0
