SUNY New Paltz Athletics

Schloss scored three goals on the week, helping New Paltz go 1-1 and qualify for the inaugural SUNYAC Field Hockey Championship Tournament. She netted the Hawks’ lone goal against No. 8 SUNY Cortland on Friday, as the blue and orange fell, 2-1. Schloss had a monster game against SUNY Oswego on Saturday, scoring a pair of goals in a 3-0 New Paltz victory. She currently stands three points shy of tying the program’s all-time mark in goals scored, owning 29 to her credit on her career. The Hawks are 7-7 overall and 3-3 SUNYAC play.
