Cameron batted .500 on the week (9-for-18) and achieved a 1.056 slugging percentage, helping the Hawks go 1-2 against SUNY Plattsburgh on Tuesday and 1-1 against The College at Brockport on Sunday. He was involved with five of New Paltz’s nine runs in a 9-0 victory over the Golden Eagles in the back end of a SUNYAC twinbill on Sunday, notching two doubles and slugging a home run. He currently is riding a 15-game hit streak and leads the conference in batting average at .458. Cameron also holds at least a share of the team lead in hits (27), runs (15), doubles (9), triples (1), home runs (2), RBI (14), total bases (44) and slugging percentage (.746). New Paltz is now 10-9 (2-3 SUNYAC).
