Bowling collected five points on the week with two goals and one assist, leading the Hawks to a 2-0-1 mark. She scored the lone goal of the game on Tuesday against SUNY Oneonta, finding the back of the net late in the second half to give New Paltz its first win over the Red Dragons since 1988. Bowling took two shots on frame in the Hawks' 2-0 triumph over SUNY Fredonia on Friday before contributing a goal and an assist in New Paltz's come-from-behind, 2-2 draw with Buffalo State on Saturday. On the year, she has six goals and four assists for a total of 16 points. New Paltz (11-5-2, 6-2-1 SUNYAC) earned the No. 2 seed into the 2011 SUNYAC Women's Soccer Championship Tournament and will host the winner of the Fredonia-Brockport quarterfinal game in the semifinals on Wednesday, Nov. 2.
