Fisher averaged 17.3 points per game and shot 67.6 percent (23-of-34) from the field in a 3-0 week for the Hawk women's basketball team. Fisher helped the Hawks stage a comeback against SUNY Oswego on Friday night, scoring 16 points off 8-of-10 shooting from the field in New Paltz's 66-53 win over the Lakers. She then posted 12 points and pulled down seven rebounds in a 68-60 win over SUNY Cortland on Saturday afternoon, playing a major role in the team's fifth-ever victory over the Red Dragons. New Paltz (7-7, 5-2 SUNYAC) returns to the Hawk Center on Friday, Jan. 20, as it squares off with The College at Brockport at 6 p.m. in a SUNYAC contest.
