Cordini scored a bicycle kick game-winner in a 1-0 double-overtime win over SUNY Oswego on Saturday (video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q5mv-wY4X3M&feature=player_embedded). Cordini received a pass from teammate Shanshe Khosroshvili and laid out for a bicycle kick just inside the 18-yard box. The ball went from left to right and beat the outstretched Laker goalkeeper, giving the Hawks the victory. For the week, Cordini had four shots on goal across two games, leading the Hawks to a 1-1-0 record. New Paltz (4-3-1, 1-1-0 SUNYAC) travels to the Rochester area next weekend (Sept. 28-29) to face SUNY Geneseo and The College at Brockport.
