Wischoff placed first in a 172-person field at the Saratoga Invitational on Saturday, helping the Hawks to a seventh-place finish out of 12 teams. Wischoff clocked a time of 17:47.62 in the 3.04-mile race, which, according to New Paltz head coach Mike Trunkes, would have been on pace for a 21-mid for a 6K. New Paltz is back in action on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Connecticut College Invitational.
