Lane collected three goals in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. Lane took one shot on goal in New Paltz's 4-0 loss to No. 21 SUNY Plattsburgh on Friday before breaking out for a hat trick in the Hawks' 3-1 victory over SUNY Potsdam on Saturday. His second goal of the day against Potsdam proved to be the game-winner. For the season, Lane has scored four goals and boasts two assists to his credit. New Paltz returns to action on Monday, Oct. 8, as it hosts SUNYIT in a 4 p.m. non-conference tilt.
