McRae averaged 16.0 points and 10.7 rebounds per game in addition to shooting 72.0 percent from the floor and 80.0 percent from the free-throw line in a 2-1 week for the Hawks. In just 21 minutes of play against Vassar College on Tuesday, he contributed nine points and five rebounds, as the Hawks won, 74-58. On Friday, McRae posted career-high totals in points (23) and rebounds (17), propelling New Paltz to a 92-87 double-overtime win over SUNY Fredonia. Finally, on Saturday, he had 16 points and 10 boards, marking his second straight double-double, as the Hawks lost, 97-93, to Buffalo State. For the season, McRae is averaging 10.2 points per game and 6.3 rebounds per game. New Paltz (3-3, 1-1 SUNYAC) hosts Eastern Connecticut State University at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4.
