Borquist was named to the All-Tournament Team at the Clarkson Regional, as the Hawks went 2-1 in advancing to the regional final of the NCAA Division III Women’s Volleyball Championship Tournament for the second time in as many years. Borquist averaged 3.6 kills per set, 3.5 digs per set, 0.5 assists per set and 0.4 blocks per set. She landed five kills and added 13 digs in a 3-0 victory for New Paltz in the first round against Colby-Sawyer College on Friday. Borquist then had 14 kills, eight digs and two blocks, helping the Hawks down Richard Stockton College, 3-0, in the second round on Saturday. Finally, on Sunday, she posted 17 kills and 14 digs, as New Paltz fell, 3-1, to No. 22 Clarkson University in the regional final. New Paltz finished its season at 34-7 and equaled its program-record win total from last year.
