Small helped lead the Hawks to a 3-0 mark this week, picking up home wins against SUNY Oneonta, SUNY Potsdam and SUNY Plattsburgh to give New Paltz a 5-0 homestand. The Hawks have now won eight straight games at home. For the week, Small scored 38 points (12.7 ppg), tallied 17 rebounds (5.7 rpg) and shot 55.7 percent from the field (15-of-27). Small tallied 11 points, five assists, three boards and two steals against Oneonta on Tuesday. On Friday, Small scored 10 points and recorded seven rebounds and three helpers against Potsdam. To wrap up the week, Small tallied 17 points, seven rebounds and two steals against Plattsburgh. Small has now reached double-figures in nine-consecutive contests dating back to Jan. 13. Small and the Hawks (14-6, 10-3 SUNYAC) will head to Oswego on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.
