Kennedy helped lead the No. 3 Hawks to a 4-0 week, including a 2-0 mark in UVC action. For the week, Kennedy recorded a team-high 20 kills (2.22 per set) and a team-best 55 assists (6.11 per set) while notching five digs, four total blocks and two aces. In total, Kennedy hit .760 (20-1-25) during this period. Playing at New Jersey City University on Tuesday, Kennedy tied for the match-high with nine kills, hitting .818 (9-0-11) while distributing 16 assists. Against Hunter College and No. 11 Elmira College, Kennedy dished out six assists in both matches. Finally, against Bard College, the freshman enjoyed eight kills on nine swings (.889) and delivered 27 assists. New Paltz (21-3, 7-1 UVC), which is riding a 15-match winning streak and clinched the No. 2 seed in the UVC Tournament that will be held at the top-seeded Stevens Institute of Technology from April 10-12, next hosts Baruch College on Wednesday, April 1, at 7 p.m.
