Kaefer won three individual events in a 1-1 week for the Hawks. On Friday, Kaefer placed first in the 200 freestyle (2:00.63), second in the 400 individual medley (4:50.18) and third in the 100 butterfly (1:01.71) in a 163-128 loss to Vassar College. On Saturday, she won the 500 freestyle (5:28.27) and the 200 individual medley (2:15.95) while taking second in the 200 butterfly (2:21.24) in a 150-107 Hawk win over Ramapo College. New Paltz (1-1) next competes at the NYU Invitational from Friday-Saturday, Nov. 6-7, at New York University.
