At the SUNYAC championship, senior Erica Ellis claimed her first individual SUNYAC crown by winning the 100 breaststroke (1:05.95) and setting a new varsity and conference record, an NCAA provisional qualifying time.  She also teamed up in the 400 medley relay to take second in a NCAA provisional and new varsity record time of 3:58.63. The old record was set in 2008 in a time of 3:58.89. Ellis also swam her personal best in the 200 IM as shetook eighth (2:14.69). In the 200 medley relay Ellis helped her teammates take second in 1:48.00, an NCAA provisional qualifying time. Ellis also took fifth in the 100 fly (1:00.04) breaking her own varsity record.
