At the SUNYAC championship, sophomore Jessica Lester won the 1650 freestyle in a time of 17:36.70, an NCAA provisional cut. Her win broke a 25-year old varsity record and a 14-year old conference record. Lester finished fifth in the 500 free (5:08.81), also an NCAA provisional qualifying time. In the 800 free relay, Lester helped her teammates take second (7:49.78) in a new varsity record time with another NCAA provisional qualifying time. Lester touched fifth (1:54:78) in one of the three top eight finishes in the 200 freestyle, an NCAA provisional cut. Lester also teamed up for a second place finish in the 400 free relay in a time of 3:32.91, a school record and NCAA provisional qualifying time.
