Rosa averaged 16.5 points per game off 52.2 percent (12-of-23) shooting from the floor and 100 percent (2-of-2) shooting from the free-throw line in a 1-2 week for the Hawks. After being sidelined due to injury in New Paltz's 81-59 loss to SUNY Oneonta on Tuesday, Rosa bounced back with a 27-point, four-assist performance in a 94-80 win over SUNY Potsdam on Friday. On Saturday, he scored six points and added three rebounds in a 102-64 loss to No. 24 SUNY Plattsburgh. On the season, Rosa is tied for second in the SUNYAC and ranks 16th in NCAA Division III in steals per game (2.4) and is averaging a team-best 12.7 points per game.
