2014: Placed 28th out of 38 runners at the Stevens Two-Miler (10:45.10)... Placed 59th out of 81 at the Vassar Invitational, charting a 23:13.83 in the 6K race… Ran a season-best 8K time of 28:15.10 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invite sub-varsity meet (28:15.10), placing 39th out of 195 runners… Placed 317th out of 341 entrants in the 8K (29:31.4) at the Paul Short Run… Finished 134th out of 212 at the Connecticut College Invitational, clocking a 29:04 in the 8K race… Posted a time of 30:48.2 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships, which was good for 106th out of 119 runners.

2013: Posted a season-best 8K time of 27:38.7 at the SUNYAC Championships, placing 74th of 118…Placed 20th of 103 runners at the Vassar Invitational 6K with a reading of 20:51.91… Competed in NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships and finished the 8K in 27:48.6, placing 148th of 275... Ran a 6K time of 20:23.6 in the Oneonta Invitational, coming in 33rd of 112 competitors… Posted an 8K reading of 27:56 at the Connecticut College Invitational, placing 121st of 248… Ran the Geneseo 8K Invitational in 28:49.0, good for 162nd of 255… At the Marist Invitational, posted a 5K mark of 18:58.76, placing 47th of 59 runners.

2012: Finished 16th out of 38 runners in the 4K (14:14) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 36th out of 110 in the 6K (21:30.82) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 28:22.6 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 205th out of 333… Took 98th out of 322 in the 8K (28:37) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 27:50.50 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 78th out of 192… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 175th out of 233 with a time of 29:00… Finished 91st out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 29:36.05… Ran a 32:00.3 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships.

2011: Finished 40th out of 105 runners in the 6K (23:02) at the Vassar Invitational to kick off the season… Took 33rd out of 57 harriers at the New Paltz Invitational… Clocked a 29:05 in the 8K at the Brooks Paul Short Run, placing 140th out of 357 runners… Crossed 13th in a 115-runner field in the 8K at the Hamilton Invitational (29:26.4)… Registered his fastest time of the year in the 8K at the Connecticut College Invitational (28:25)… Ran a time of 28:49.98 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships, finishing 79th overall out of 116 participants… Wrapped up his season with a 28:28.5 performance in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships, which was good for 168th out of 272 runners.
