2015: Placed 95th of 119 at the SUNYAC Championships (28:59.1)... Ran 28:53.39 at the Rowan Invitational (201st of 231)... Posted a time of 30:44.1 at the SUNY Plattsburgh Invitational (49th of 76)... Turned in a time of 21:15.4 at the RPI Invitational (160th of 302)... Placed 72nd of 112 at the Vassar 6K (22:29.8)... Completed the New Paltz Two-Miler in 10:46.6 (22nd of 24).

2014: Placed 54^th of 195 at the UMass-Dartmouth sub-varsity meet on Sept. 20 with time of 28:51… Ran the Vassar 6K on Sept. 6 in 23:35.09 (62^nd of 81)… Finished the Stevens Two-Miler in 10:27.68 (19^th of 38) on Aug. 29… Completed the Conn. College Invite in 35:52 on Oct. 18 (205^th of 212).

2013: Posted a season-best 6K time of 21:17.1 at the Oneonta Invite, finishing 60th of 112…ran an 8K time of 29:16.2 at the Geneseo Invitational, good for 183rd of 255…finished the SUNYAC Championships in 29:58.0, placing 110th of 118…ran at the Vassar 6K Invite and finished 55th of 103 runners with a time of 22:31.99…competed at the Marist Invite and posted a 5K mark of 20:48.81, ranking 59th.

2012: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Finished 26th out of 38 runners in the 4K (15:46) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 73rd out of 110 in the 6K (23:43.92) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 30:06.4 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 283rd out of 333… Ran a 30:36.97 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 149th out of 192… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 183rd out of 233 with a time of 29:16… Finished 108th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 31:11.24… Ran a 23:18.50 in the 6K Vassar Late Season Invitational.
