2014: Ran a season-best 8K time of 26:28.62 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invite on Sept. 20 (50^th of 255)… Placed 78^th of 119 at the SUNYAC Championships (28:44.6)… Completed the Vassar 6K in 21:30.85 (24^th of 81)… Placed eighth of 38 at the Stevens Two-Miler on Aug. 29 (10:04.25)… Finished the Conn. College Invite in 28:04 (94^th of 212)… Completed the Paul Short Run in 30:43.2 (335^th of 360).

2013: Finished 12th of 103 harriers at the Vassar Invite with 6K reading of 20:33.84…posted a mark of 19:54.8 at the Oneonta Invitational, placing 18th of 112 runners…registered a reading of 27:26.5 at the SUNYAC Championships, ranking 66th of 118…competed at the Saratoga Invite and crossed the finish in 27:33.8, placing 44th of 170…recorded a time of 27:21 at the Connecticut College Invite, placing 82nd of 248 competitors…finished the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships in 29:02.7, good for 202nd of 275…crossed the finish in 27:34.3 at the Geneseo Invite, taking 105th of 255…posted a 5K speed of 18:16.39 at the Marist Invitational, placing 41st of 59.

2012: Finished 6th out of 38 runners in the 4K (13:44) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 21st out of 110 in the 6K (20:53.01) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 27:19.9 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 122nd out of 333… Took 156th out of 322 in the 8K (29:49) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 28:31.29 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 109th out of 192… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 127th out of 233 with a time of 27:48… Finished 100th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 30:19.38… Ran a 21:23.70 in the 6K Vassar Late Season Invitational.

2011: Covered the 6K in 21:59 to kick off the season at the Vassar Invitational, placing 24th out of 105 runners… Took 16th out of 57 harriers at the New Paltz Invitational… Clocked a 28:45 in the 8K at the Brooks Paul Short Run, which was good for 123rd out of 357 runners…. Finished 24th overall (out of 115) at the Hamilton College Invitational, forging a 30:05.5 8K… Navigated the 8K course in a season-best 28:11 at the Connecticut College Invitational, which placed him 92nd out of 211 participants… Charted a 28:28.77 8K to place 68th out of 116 at the SUNYAC Championships… Closed out his season with a 160th-place finish (out of 272) in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships (28:23.7).
