Biography
2014-15: Scored championship-final points in the 1,650 freestyle (18:14.86, fifth) at the SUNYAC Championships… Won the consolation final in the 500 freestyle (5:15.86, ninth) and placed 15th in the 200 freestyle (1:59.74) at SUNYACs as well… Participated on the Hawks’ second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:56.84), fourth-place 400 medley relay (4:01.33) and fifth-place 400 freestyle relay (3:36.96) at the conference meet.
2013-14: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… Scored championship-final points in the 1,650 freestyle at the SUNYAC Championships, finishing sixth with a time of 18:20.62… Made the consolation final in the 500 freestyle (5:16.42, 11th) and the 200 freestyle (1:59.95, 13th) at the conference meet as well… Swam on the Hawks’ second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:48.36) and fourth-place 400 freestyle relay (3:35.99) at SUNYACs… Clocked season-best times in the 100 freestyle (56.26) and the 100 butterfly (1:02.90) at the ECAC Winter Championships.
2012-13: Competed on the Hawks’ 800 freestyle relay at the SUNYAC Championships that set a program record with a second-place time of 7:41.70… Earned consolation-final points in the 500 freestyle (5:17.84, 12th), the 200 freestyle (1:59.48, 12th) and the 1,650 freestyle (18:46.06, 16th) at the conference meet… Went her season-best time in the 1,000 freestyle (11:24.54) against SUNY Oneonta… Clocked a season-best 56.80 in the 100 freestyle at the ECAC Winter Championships.
2011-12: At SUNYACs, placed 12th in the 500 freestyle (5:22.40), 14th in the 200 freestyle (2:01.29) and 23rd in the 100 freestyle (57.56)… Competed on the Hawks’ second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:50.35) at the SUNYAC Championships… Swam her season-best 100 freestyle time of 56.67 at the ECAC Winter Championships… Also at the ECAC Winter Championships, clocked season-bests in the 50 freestyle (26.52), the 100 backstroke (1:05.72) and the 100 butterfly (1:04.03).
Prior to NP: 2011 graduate of John Jay High School... Rookie of the Year (2007)... Poughkeepsie Journal All-Star First Team (2007-10)... Named team's Most Valuable Swimmer (2009-10).
