2019-20: Touched first in the 100 backstroke (Hartwick), 50 freestyle (Adelphi, Western Connecticut) and 200 backstroke (Cortland, Oneonta)... finished second in the 100 freestyle (Hartwick), 100 backstroke (Cortland)...third place in 200 backstroke (Hartwick), 50 freestyle (Cortland), 100 backstroke (Vassar, Franklin & Marshall)... had top-10 finishes in 100 backstroke (2nd), 200 backstroke (1st) at TCNJ Invitational... had top-10 finishes in 200 freestyle (2nd), 100 freestyle (2nd) and 100 butterfly (6th) at Geneseo Invitational... at SUNYAC Championship meet, scored fourth place in the 200 backstroke, fifth place in 100 backstroke, 10th place in 50 freestyle.
2018-19: Named First-Team All-SUNYAC… won gold at the SUNYAC Championships in the 100-yard backstroke after touching in 57.88 seconds… also placed third in the 200-yard backstroke (2:05.65), setting a personal record and helped the Hawks to a second-place team standing in the 400-yard freestyle relay (3:32.25) and 200-yard medley relay (1:47.32), and third-place finishes in the 400-yard medley relay (3:56.76) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:37.14) at the SUNYAC Championships.
2017-18: Finished first in the 100-yard backstroke at the SUNYAC Championship with a time of 58.32... finished fourth in the 200 backstroke and 50 freestyle at the SUNYAC Championships... finished first in the 100 backstroke and 200 backstroke Oct. 28 vs. Hartwick, and Jan. 12 vs. SUNY Cortland... placed finish Nov. 17 vs. Vassar in the 100 backstroke, and the next day in the 200 backstroke vs. Hamilton... also finished first Jan. 27 vs. SUNY Oneonta... placed second in both the 100- and 200-backstroke Dec. 2 and 3 at the TCNJ Invitational... set personal bests in the 50 freestyle (23.92), 50 backstroke (27.36), 100 backstroke (58.32) and 200 backstroke (2:08.26) over the course of the year.
2016-17: Finished first in the 100 yards and 50 yards back events at the SUNYAC Championships. Finished second in the 200 yards free event at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 2:02.37. Finished first in the 50 yards back event against SUNY Maritime on Feb. 4 with a time of 28.61. Apart of the first place team in the 200 medley relay event at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 1:47.69. Apart of the first place team in the 400 medley relay event at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 3:56.60. Named to the All-SUNYAC 1st team.
High School Accolades: 2016 graduate of Owego Free Academy. National Honors Society, State Championship participant (2012-15).
Personal: From Owego, NY… graduated from Owego Free Academy in 2016… swam for Greater Owego Swim Team... daughter of Lynn and Chris Angulas.
