Athlete Top Times:

2019-20: Touched second in 100 freestyle (Western Connecticut) and third in 200 individual medley (Hartwick) and 200 breaststroke (Oneonta)... top-10 finish in 200 breaststroke (4th) at Geneseo Invitational... recorded personal bests in 100 breaststroke (1:00.62) and 200 breaststroke (2:13.04).

2018-19: Set personal best times in the 50-yard breaststroke (28:06), 200-yard breaststroke (2:14.27) and 50-yard freestyle (25.53) at the SUNYAC Championships… earned to-3 finishes in the 50 breaststroke against SUNY Oneonta Nov. 10, the 200-yard individual medley against Hamilton Nov. 17 and Ramapo College Dec. 8, and the 100-yard breaststroke versus SUNY Oneonta Jan. 26… helped the Hawks to a fifth-place finish in the 400 individual medley relay at the SUNYAC Championships.

High School Accolades: member of Section XI League I Bronze Medalist 200 Medlay Relay (2016).. . member of Section XI, League I Silver Medalist 200 Medley Relay and Bronze Medalist 400 Free Relay (2015)... member of Section XI League I 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay Gold Medalist Team (2014)....NYSPHSAA state qualifier (2014)....member of Section XI League I 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay Gold Medalist Team (2013).

Personal: Graduated from Smithtown High School East in 2016… previously attended Suffolk Community College (2016-2017) and SUNY Oneonta (2017)… brother, Benjamin, stars on the Loyola University of Maryland men’s swimming and diving team... son of Camille Cono and Joseph Ettari.
