2022-23: Placed fifth in 400 individual medley (4:55.24), sixth in 200 backstroke (2:12.12), seventh in 100 backstroke (1:02.01), member of 200 medley relay (3rd), 800 freestyle relay (8th) at the SUNYAC Championships…scored first place finishes in 50m backstroke (Baruch/Sarah Lawrence), 200 backstroke (Hartwick)...finished second in 100m backstroke (Baruch/Sarah Lawrence), 100 backstroke (Adelphi, Cortland/Buffalo State), 200 backstroke (Cortland/Buffalo State), 200 individual medley (Vassar), 400 individual medley (Cotland/Buffalo State), 100 individual medley (Oneonta)...third place in 100 backstroke (USMMA), 1000 freestyle (Adelphi), 100 breaststroke (Hartwick)...at the TCNJ Inviational, placed eighth in 100 backstroke, eighth in 200 individual medley, ninth in 200 backstroke, member of 200 medley relay (2nd), 400 medley relay (8th), 200 freestyle relay (8th), 400 freestyle relay (12th)...recorded personal bests: 50 backstroke (:29.03), 400 individual medley (4:55.24), 1000 freestyle (11:55.99)...earned a spot on the 2023 SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll…2023 recipient of SUNY New Paltz Presidential Award for Student Excellence.

2021-22: Placed seventh in both the 100 backstroke (1:02.12) and 200 backstroke (2:11.91) and eighth in the 200 individual medley ((2:19.92) at the SUNYAC Championships…recorded six first place finishes: 100 freestyle vs Western CT, 100 backstroke at Hartwick/Oneonta Tri-Meet and Cortland, 200 backstroke at Hartwick/Oneonta Tri-Meet and Cortland, 200 freestyle vs Oneonta…finished second in the 100 breaststroke vs Vassar…scored three third places: 200 backstroke and 500 freestyle vs Vassar, and 200 individual medley vs Oneonta…at the TCNJ Invitational placed second in the 100 and 200 backstroke…member of the second place 200 and 400 medley relays, fourth place 200 freestyle relay, and fifth place 800 freestyle relay…recorded personal bests: 100 freestyle (:58.19) and 50 backstroke (:29.05)… named to the 2022 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll… earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters… enshrined in the 2022 Chi Alpha Sigma National Honors Society. 

2020-21: (No season due to COVID-19): Earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2019-20: First place finishes in 200 backstroke (Hartwick), 100 freestyle (Oneonta)...touched second in 200 backstroke (Adelphi), 200 freestyle (Hamilton), 200 individual medley (Cortland)...third place in 100 backstroke (Hartwick), 200 individual medley (Adelphi)...top-10 finish in 200 backstroke (8th) at TCNJ Invitational...top 10 finish in 100 backstroke (7th) and 200 backstroke (3rd) at Geneseo Invitational...at SUNYAC Championship meet placed 7th in 100 backstroke, 14th in 200 individual medley, 5th in 200 backstroke...recorded six personal bests in 50 backstroke (:29.30), 100 backstroke (1:01.18), 50 breaststroke (:33.95), 100 breaststroke (1:12.82), 200 breaststroke (2:38.44), and 200 individual medley (2:19.60)... earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

Personal: From Cooperstown, NY… graduated from Cooperstown Central High School in 2019… has three older sisters, Cassidy, Tessa and Eden… Cassidy (2012-2016 and Tessa (2017-2021) both starred on the Hawks women's swimming team… Eden rowed at the University of Buffalo (class of 2018)... father, David, played lacrosse at the University of Rochester… daughter of Dave and Kristen Griger.
