Biography
2023-24: Named SUNYAC Doubles Team of the Year alongside partner Justine Stanejko… also earned SUNYAC Second-Team Singles… earned a spot on the SUNYAC All-Tournament team… went 7-0 in SUNYAC play at either fourth or fifth singles… finished 9-7 overall in singles play at either third, fourth or fifth singles spot with two shutouts coming at fourth singles against Plattsburgh on Sept. 30 and fifth singles against Brockport on Oct. 7… had a perfect 7-0 record in the SUNYAC in doubles play, while going 10-7 overall all but one at first singles… for her career amassed a record of 23-1 in singles and 27-1 in doubles play within the SUNYAC.
2022-23: Named SUNYAC Doubles Team of the Year with partner Justine Stanejko…earned All SUNYAC Doubles 1st Team with Justine Stanejko…earned All SUNYAC Singles 2nd Team honors…named to the SUNYAC Championship All Tournament Doubles team with Justine Stanejko…earned SUNYAC Doubles Team of the Week honors with Justine Stanejko…playing at either the number three or four singles spot was 7-0 in SUNYAC singles play, was 8-9 overall in singles play (0-2 against Division One competition)...was 7-0 in SUNYAC doubles play, was 9-7 overall in doubles play (0-2 against Divison One completion)...at the SUNYAC Championships, captured number one doubles championship with Justine Stanejko…at the NCAA DIII Championships first round, defeated Mary Washington University with Justine Stanejko in number one doubles..lost in NCAA DIII second round to seventh ranked Amherst in number one doubles.
2021-22: All-SUNYAC Second-Team Singles selection... finished 11-5 overall in singles play, including 6-1 against SUNYAC competition... playing at third doubles with partner Isabel van der Veen, held a record of 12-3 overall and 8-1 in the SUNYAC... overall finished 14-4 in all doubles play on the year.
2020-21: Went 3-0 in singles play, playing sixth position... one unfinished match (NCAA Tournament vs. Babson)... 6-2 overall in doubles play (6-1 with partner Jenna Grandville and 0-1 with partner Tatiana Barnett).
High School Accolades: Made it to the State Championship for Doubles (2018) at Bethlehem Central High School… Section II Champions (2016).
Personal: From Delmar, NY… graduated from Bethlehem Central High School in 2020…enjoys anything outdoors, playing and listening to music, and playing/watching other sports. daughter of Joseph and Marianne Donovan.
Fun Fact: “Mixed doubles is my favorite because I used to play all the time with my Grandpa when I was younger.”
