SUNY New Paltz Athletics

2021: Placed 28th overall at the SUNYAC Championship after crossing in 29:08.8… finished 65th overall at NCAA Regional with a time of 27:26.2… had his best standing of the season at New Paltz Invitational, crossing second overall with a time of 28:39.9… fastest time of the season came at the Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational, crossing at 26:44.00 for 80th overall… earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2021 semester.

2020 (No season due to COVID-19): Earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2019: Placed 76th overall at the SUNYAC Championships after crossing in 28:59.6... placed 11th overall after clocking in at 28:45.9 at the New Paltz Invitational... earned 177th overall after finishing in 29:02.7... earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll. 

High School Accolades: Two-time All-County Track and Field (2015, 2016) at Beacon High School... New York State Track and Field Qualifier in Track and Field (2016).  

Personal: From Beacon, NY… graduated from Beacon High School in 2016… attended and participated in Cross Country at Monroe College (2016-2017), winning Most Improved Athlete award… enjoys camping, hiking, mountain biking, and photography… son of Jeff and Kathy Battersby.

Fun Fact: "I flew airplanes in high school."
