2021: Placed 11th overall at the New Paltz Invitational after clocking in at 30:05.7... placed 48th overall after finishing in 21:37.2 at the 6K Vassar Ron Stonitsch Invitational... placed 33rd overall after finishing in 14:39.0 at the 4K Vasser Season Starter.
2019: Recorded season-best time of 28:44 at the Connecticut College Invitational... placed 95th overall at the SUNYAC Championships, clocking in at 29:57.3... also registered times of 29:12.3 (189th overall) and 30:06.6 (20th overall) at the Ronald C. Hoffmann Invitational and New Paltz Invitational.
High School Accolades: Captain of Boys Indoor Track and Field Team at Walter Panas High School (2018-2019)… All-League performer...sixth-best 1600m time in school history (4:45.65, 2018), fourth-best 1 Mile (4:57.05, 2018), second-best 3200m (10:15.26, 2018)... holds school records in 2K steeplechase (7:29.56, set in 2017), and 3K steeplechase (11:15.1h, set in 2018)... part of eighth-best 4x800 relay team in school history (8:44.23, 2019), third-best 4x1600 relay (19:44.94, 2019), and fourth-best Distance-Medley-Relay 1200-400-800-1600 (12:10.07, 2019).
