2022-23: Recorded a personal best of (13:25.78) in 1000 freestyle.
2021-22: Placed 16th in the 100 backstroke (1:07.61) at the SUNYAC Championships…finished third in the 100 backstroke vs Western CT…at the TCNJ Invitational placed ninth in the 200 backstroke and 16th in the 100 backstroke… recorded personal bests: 100 backstroke (1:06.76) and 200 backstroke (2:24.15).
High School Accolades: Four-year swimmer at Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School... four-time Colonial Council Championships qualifier… swam at the 2019 Section II, Division II Championship.
Personal: From Ravena, NY… graduated from Ravena-Coeymans-Selkirk High School in 2021… mother, Christine swam at SUNY Morrisville from 1983-85… enjoys hiking, thrifting, and listening to music… daughter of Christine and Blake Frazee.
