2023-24: Set personal best times in the 100-yard freestyle (1:02.78), the 1,000-yard freestyle (13:00.14) and 1,650-yard freestyle (21:27.76) at the SUNYAC Championships… set a personal best time in the 200-yard freestyle (2:22.42) and the 500-yard freestyle (6:25.22) at the TCNJ Invitational Dec. 2… collected top-five finishes throughout the year against Cortland Jan. 13 in the 1,650-free (fifth, 22:50.36), against Skidmore Nov. 18 in the 1,000-free (fifth, 13:22.61) and against Union Oct. 28 in the 1,000-free (fifth, 13:25.80)… earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll… landed on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for both the fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters... enshrined into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society. 

2022-23: Placed 16th in the 500 freestyle at the TCNJ Invitational…recorded personal bests: 100 backstroke (1:15.60), 100 butterfly (1:13.23), 500 freestyle (6:25.22), 50 backstroke (:26.05)...earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22: Participated in the Cortland Pumpkin Relays, meets vs Western CT, Hartwick/Oneonta Tri-Meet, Vassar, Cortland, Oneonta and the TCNJ Invitational… recorded personal bests: 100 backstroke (1:15.78) and 100 butterfly (1:13.49)… named to the 2022 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll… earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2021 semester.

High School Accolades: Varsity swim and dive team member (2018-2021) at Smithtown High School-East... recipient of the Academic Achievement and Student Leadership in Learning and Office of the New York State Comptroller Achievement Awards (2021)... member of National Honors Society, French National Honor Society, and Social Studies National Honor Society in 2020… Girl Scout Gold Award recipient (2018). 

Personal: From Nesconset, NY… graduated from Smithtown High School-East in 2021… older sister, Elizabeth, will return in 2021 to swimming for Swarthmore College after taking a year off… was in the Girl Scouts, and enjoys paddle boarding and napping…part of SAAC and bio club … daughter of Stephen and Kim Gallagher.
