2024-25: Debbie was awarded the SUNAYC Elite 20 award. "The SUNYAC Elite 20, an award modeled after the NCAA ELITE 90 program, recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the conference championship level in his or her sport, while also achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers."

Debbie placed fourteenth in the 400-yard Individual Medley at SUNYACs with a time of 4:38.12. Earlier this season he beat out Cortland's second place finisher in the 400-IM with a time of 4:53.22 in their Cortland Dual He placed third in the 200-yard butterfly in his senior meet against Ramapo with a time of 2:18.65.

2023-24: Placed 13th overall in the 400-yard individual medley at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 4:35.10… recorded top-five finishes against Cortland Jan. 13 in the 200-IM (fifth) and 200-fly (fourth), and Union Oct. 28 in the 100-fly (fifth)…  earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll… landed on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for both the fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters... enshrined into the Chi Alpha Sigma National Honor Society. 

2022-23: Placed 14th in both the 400 individual medley (4:39.49) and 200 butterfly (2:14.94) at the SUNYAC Championships…finished second in the 100m individual medley (Baruch/Sarah Lawrence)...at TCNJ Invitational, finished 11th in 400 individual medley…personal bests: 200 butterfly (2:14.94), 200 individual medley (2:10.24), 400 individual medley (4:39.49), and 100 butterfly (1:02.2)...earned spot on 2023 SUNYAC Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

2021-22: Placed 16th in 400 individual medley (4:46.03) at the SUNYAC Championships…recorded two second places finishes in 200 individual medley and 100 breaststroke vs Western CT…recorded six personal bests: 200 butterfly (2:19.53), 200 individual medley (2:10.85), 400 individual medley (4:43.72), 50 backstroke (:29.90), 50 butterfly (:27.63), and 200 breaststroke (2:29.53)… named to the 2022 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll… earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2021 and spring 2022 semesters.

High School Accolades: Four-year varsity swimmer at Lansing High School… Two-time Most Valuable Player (2020, 2021)... NYSPHSAA Scholar Athlete (2021)... Bronze medalist at 2021 Section 4, Class C Championship meet in 100 breaststroke, 200 individual Medley… silver medalist in 2020 IAC Championships in 100 breaststroke, 200 medley relay… silver medalist in 200 individual medley, 200 medley relay at 2020 Section 4, Class C Championship meet. 

Personal: From Ithaca, NY… graduated from Lansing High School in 2021… enjoys theater… son of Paul and Dorothy Debbie.
