2009: appeared in 17 games...batted .133 in 30 at-bats with 4 runs and 1 RBI. Prior to New Paltz: Zach is a 2008 graduate of Notre Dame High School in Elmira, New York. He earned Chemung County Player-of-the-Year and Gatorade Player-of-the-Year...he was named MVP in 2008 at Notre Dame and first team All- IAC. He batted .500 his senior year. Other: He is the son of Stephen and Barbara Homerda. He is majoring in mathematics.
