SUNY New Paltz Athletics

2011: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List member… Started in all 34 games in which he played… Batted .257 for the season, scattering 29 hits in 113 at-bats… Scored 19 runs and boasted four RBI… Drew a team-high 17 walks and was hit by a pitch on five occasions, achieving a .378 on-base percentage… Hit two doubles and racked up 31 total bases… Stole four bases in as many attempts… Achieved a .934 fielding percentage as a middle infielder and led the team in assists with 77… Went 2-for-5 with a run scored against the College of Staten Island on March 15… Scored three times against The College at Brockport in the back end of a doubleheader on April 3… Batted 2-for-4 with three runs scored, two RBI and two doubles against SUNY Fredonia on April 24… Boasted a pair of runs scored in a 3-2 victory against then-No. 11 SUNY Cortland on April 30, which marked the team’s first win over the Red Dragons since 1995.

2010: Second-Team All-SUNYAC… SUNYAC Commissioner’s List member… Appeared and started in 32 games… Hit .297 with one home run, 20 RBI and 19 runs scored… Went 3-for-3 in the second game of a doubleheader against Baruch College on March 19… Batted 3-for-4 with four RBI and three doubles in the front end of a doubleheader versus Norwich University on March 20.

2009: Started all 36 games for the Hawks... Hit .307 in 137 at-bats with 28 runs and 14 RBI... Slugged a team-high 17 doubles... Had five stolen bases. 

Prior to NP: 2008 graduate of Cornwall High School... Earned First-Team All-County and Third-Team All-State his senior year... Named Second-Team All-County his junior year... Had a senior batting average of .496 and also boasted 36 runs, 36 RBI and 20 stolen bases.
