Biography
2009: Named team’s MVP… SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… Won the 5K against Mount St. Mary, covering the course in 20:02… Gained runner-up honors out of a field of 86 in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational (20:26)… Notched her second win of the season at the Bard Invitational, turning in a time of 20:14 in the 5K… Finished 87th out of 338 runners in the 6K at the Paul Short Invite, boasting a program-record performance of 23:25… Fired off a program-record 5K time of 19:05.1 at the highly-competitive Albany Invite, placing 64th out of 193 harriers… Placed 29th out of 99 entrants in the 6K at the SUNYAC Championships (25:04.09)… Ran a 23:47.2 6K at the NCAA regional meet, claiming 61st place out of 239.
2008: Recorded a time of 21:18 in the 5K at the Vassar Invitational...At SUNYACs, recorded a time of 24:49 and placed 50th...At Atlantic Cross Country Regionals, placed 115th with a time of 26:27 in the 6K.
2007: Named the team's MVP... Led the Hawks at every meet... Registered a personal-best of 19:41 in the 5K at William Smith, was was the second fastest time in school history... Personal best of 24:32 in the 6K at Geneseo, second fastest time in school history... SUNYAC Runner of the Week on 10/29/07... Finished first on the team at SUNYACs (25:14)... Finished first on the team at NCAA Regionals in 24:34, third fastest time in school history... Named Cross Country Only Conference Rookie of the Year and selected to the First Team... Named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team.
