SUNY New Paltz Athletics

2009-10: First-Team All-SUNYAC… SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… SUNYAC champion in the 400 individual medley, clocking the gold standard of 4:13.35 at the SUNYAC Championships… Turned in a quick 1:57.66 in the 200 individual medley at the conference meet, which was good for second overall… Also claimed eighth in the 200 breaststroke at SUNYACs (2:16.19)… His 2:14.85 performance in prelims stood as his fastest swim of the season in the event… Swam the breaststroke leg on each of New Paltz’s program-record-setting relays at the SUNYAC Championships: the 400 medley relay (3:30.50, second) and the 200 medley relay (1:35.04, third)… Member of the Hawks’ fourth-place 800 freestyle relay (7:10.29) at the conference meet as well… Established a program record in the 200 butterfly at the Cortland Last Chance Meet, posting a time of 1:57.09… Also clocked a season-best 52.55 in the 100 butterfly at the Cortland Last Chance Meet… Went a season-best 1:01.10 in the 100 breaststroke at the ECAC Championships.

2008-09: Winner of the Donald Bishko Award, which is awarded to the individual with highest grade point average among male student-athletes... Member of the relay team 200 medley relay team that finished second at SUNYACs... Also was a member of the 400 medley relay team... Individually at the conference meet, he placed ninth in the 200 individual medley, 11th in the 100 breaststroke and 13th in the 200 breaststroke.

2007-08: At the SUNYAC meet, he finished ninth in the 200 individual medley (2:01.49), ninth in the 200 breaststroke (2:16.18), and 10th in the 100 butterfly (54.78)… Was a part of the 400 medley relay that took third at SUNYACs in 3:38.91… His 200 medley relay also placed  third at the conference meet (1:38.18), while his 800 freestyle relay touched fourth in 7:16.61, knocking off eight seconds from its seed time… His 400 freestyle relay quartet finished fourth in a time of 3:13.39, which was more than eight seconds faster than its seed time… Selected to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team.

Prior to NP: 2007 graduate of Hillsborough High School... All-County Second Team... High school team was Sectional and State Champions.
