2012: At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 138th out of 233 with a time of 28:02… Finished 86th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 29:26.59… Ran a 28:07.4 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 160th in a field of 297.

2011: Kicked off his season with a 39th-place finish (out of 100) in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational… Placed 17th out of 57 runners at the New Paltz Invitational… Charted a 27:24 8K at the Brooks Paul Short Run, finishing 30th in a 357-person field… Came in 14th place (out of 115) in the 8K at the Hamilton College Invitational, clocking a 29:27.1… Covered the 8K in 28:30 at the Connecticut College Invitational, finishing 111th out of 211 harriers… Ran his fastest 8K time of the year at the SUNYAC Championships, cracking the 28-minute barrier with a 27:59.45 (57th out of 116)… Sewed up his season with a 28:27.0 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships, crossing 166th in a 272-person field.

2010: Made his collegiate cross country debut by going a 21:44 in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational, placing 15th out of 100 runners… Provided a season-best time of 27:07 in the 8K at the Bard Invitational, finishing eighth overall out of a field of 127… Navigated the 4K course in 12:46.02 at the Stevens Invitational, taking fifth out of 74 runners… Boasted a 27:24.6 performance in the 8K at the UAlbany Invitational, crossing 95th out of 183 competitors… Clocked a 29:39.49 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships and a 30:35.4 in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships.
