Biography
2013-14: Scored championship-final points in the 200 freestyle (1:55.22, fourth), the 100 freestyle (53.80, fifth) and the 50 freestyle (24.74, seventh) at the SUNYAC Championships… Member of the Hawks’ second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:48.36), fourth-place 200 freestyle relay (1:38.53), fourth-place 400 medley relay (3:59.77) and fourth-place 400 freestyle relay (3:35.99) at the conference meet… Clocked season-best times in the 100 freestyle (53.57) and the 100 backstroke (1:01.80) at the ECAC Winter Championships.
2012-13: Honorable Mention All-America in the 400 medley relay… Second-Team All-SUNYAC… Established program records in the 200 freestyle (1:51.84), the 200 medley relay (1:46.36), the 400 medley relay (3:52.37) and the 800 freestyle relay (7:41.70) throughout the course of the season… Her 200 medley relay squad also established a conference meet and conference overall record… Qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 400 medley relay, helping the Hawks to a 15th-place finish (3:53.96) in the event… Also competed at the NCAA Championships in the 200 medley relay (1:47.33, 17th), the 200 freestyle (1:51.84, 17th), the 100 freestyle (51.77, 20th) and the 800 freestyle relay (7:51.40, 21st)… Finished as runner-up in the 50 freestyle (24.06) and the 200 freestyle (1:54.24) at the SUNYAC Championships… Also placed third in the 100 freestyle (52.16) at SUNYACs… Competed on the Hawks’ first-place 200 medley relay (1:46.36), second-place 400 medley relay (3:52.37), second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:41.70) and third-place 400 freestyle relay (3:34.93) at the conference meet… Earned NCAA “B” qualification in the 200 freestyle, the 100 freestyle, the 400 medley relay, the 200 medley relay and the 800 freestyle relay… Went a season-best 1:01.88 in the 100 backstroke at the ECAC Winter Championships.
2011-12: Second-Team All-SUNYAC… Earned a second-place finish in the 200 freestyle (1:54.86) at the SUNYAC Championships… Also scored points in the 100 freestyle (53.86, fifth) and the 100 backstroke (1:01.59, 10th) at the conference meet… Competed on the Hawks’ second-place 800 freestyle relay (7:50.35), third-place 200 freestyle relay (1:38.75) and third-place 400 freestyle relay (3:33.40)… Swam a season-best 24.71 in the 50 freestyle in the preliminary heats of the 200 freestyle relay at SUNYACs… Went a 5:30.21—a season-best time—in the 500 freestyle at the ECAC Winter Championships… Clocked a season-best 2:16.98 in the 200 backstroke at the ECAC Winter Championships.
2010-11: Made the consolation final in the 200 freestyle at the SUNYAC Championships, placing 10th overall with a 1:58.60… Also took 17th in the 200 backstroke (2:19.75) and 21st in the 500 freestyle (5:30.42) at the conference-championship meet… Was a member of the program-record-setting 800 freestyle relay (7:47.65) that took first at SUNYACs.
Prior to NP: 2010 graduate of Brighton High School... Named swim team's MVP in 2010... Earned the Section 5 Sportsmanship Award for swimming in 2010.
