2022: Placed 62nd at the SUNYAC Championship with a time of 29:33.0…finished 114th in a time of 29:55.2 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional…best season finish of 13th place at New Paltz Invitational with a time of 32:10.2…best season 8K time of 29:33.0 at the SUNYAC Championship.

High School Accolades: Swimming Team Leader (2020) at Mepham High School... Volleyball Unsung Hero Award recipient (2020)... Spanish Academic Honors Society and National Academic Honors Society (2020).  

Personal: From Merrick, NY… graduated from Mepham High School in 2020… sister, Amanda, competes in Ultimate Frisbee… father, Kenneth, was a college swimmer… mother, Meredith, was a college cheerleader… enjoys climbing, cycling, hiking, and running… son of Kenneth and Meredith LaRossa.
