2020 (No season due to COVID-19): Earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2019: Named All-Region after placing 33rd overall with a time of 26:03.7 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional meet... earned Third-Team All-SUNYAC after placing 15th overall at theSUNYAC Championship meet with a time of 26:22... placed 21st overall at the Ronald C. Hoffmann/Pre-Atlantic Regional race, registering a time of 26:10.4... ran way to a third place standing at the New Paltz Invitational after recording a time of 27:23.7... earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2018: Van Riper started the season with a 13th overall finish at the Vassar Season Starter and seventh overall at the Ron Stonitsch Invite… finished 35th overall at the Bill Fritz Invite with a time of 27:50.1… placed 32nd overall with a time of 25:47 at the Connecticut College Invite… crossed 34th overall with a time of 30:57.9 at the SUNYAC Championships… finished the year with a time of 27:30.9 with a time of 53rd overall at the NCAA Regional meet… earned a spot on the 2018-19 SUNYAC Academic Commissioner’s Honor Roll. 

High School Accolades: Placed 19th at 2016 NYSPHSAA Cross Country Championships at Putnam Valley High School… three-time All-County (2015-2017) and four-time All-League (2014-2017). 

Personal: From Putnam Valley, NY… graduated from Putnam Valley High School in 2018… enjoys rock climbing, cliff jumping, dolphin taming and cooking… son of Michelle and Michael Van Riper.
