2010: Clocked a 22:20 in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational, taking 29th out of 100 runners.
2009: Finished seventh out of 17 against Mount St. Mary, clocking a 17:56 in the 5K… Claimed 23rd out of a field of 94 in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational (22:34)… Placed 25th out of 125 runners at the Bard Invitational in the 8K, turning in a season-best mark of 28:47… Crossed the finish line 124th in the 8K at the Paul Short Invitational (28:50)… Clocked a 29:49.7 in the 8K at the Albany Invitational… Recorded a 30:55.14 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships, placing 102nd overall… Took 187th out of 264 in the 8K at the NCAA regional meet (29:03.6).
2008: Ran a time of 22:51 in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational... Finished 89th at SUNYACs in the 8K with a 29:01 performance... His effort at the conference championship meet ranked fifth on the team.
