2010: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List and All-Academic Team member… Took 25th out of 74 runners in the 4K at the Stevens Invitational (13:49.64)… Registered a time of 28:56.6 in the 8K at the UAlbany Invitational… Clocked a 29:31.46 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships and a 31:09.7 in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships.
2009: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Claimed 10th in the 5K against Mount St. Mary (18:15)… Finished 36th out of a 94-person field in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational (23:23)… Placed 33rd out of 125 harriers at the Bard Invitational, covering the 8K in a season-best 29:25… Went a 30:57.07 8K at the SUNYAC Championships… Charted a time of 31:02.2 in the 8K at the ECAC Division III Championships.
2008: Covered the 6K in 25:47 at the Vassar Invitational... Placed 112th at SUNYACs with a time of 31:14.
Prior to NP: 2008 graduate of Pittsford Sutherland High School... Most improved track runner in 2008.
