2012: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Finished 13th out of 38 runners in the 4K (14:03) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 52nd out of 110 in the 6K (22:23.70) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 28:15.6 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 197th out of 333… Took 164th out of 322 in the 8K (29:57) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 27:57.97 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 87th out of 192… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 170th out of 233 with a time of 28:53… Finished 103rd out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 29:36.05… Ran a 22:09.30 in the 6K Vassar Late Season Invitational.

2011: Began his season with a 52nd-place finish in the 6K (23:53) at the Vassar Invitational… Charted a standard of 30:40 in the 8K at the Brooks Paul Short Run, placing 250th out of 357 harriers… Crossed the finish line 81st out of 115 runners in the 8K at the Hamilton Invitational… Placed 170th out of 211 participants in the 8K at the Connecticut College Invitational (31:12)… Navigated the 8K SUNYAC Championship course in 30:34.17, taking 103rd out of 116 runners… Clocked his fastest time of the season in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships (29:36.9), finishing 225th out of 272 harriers.

2010: Kicked off the season with a 33rd place finish out of 100 at the Vassar Invitational, clocking a 22:31 in the 6K… Registered his fastest 8K time of the year at the Bard Invitational (30:36)… Excelled in the 4K at the Stevens Invitational, placing 28th of 74 runners with a time of 13:56.79… Charted a time of 31:29.21 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships.

2009: Placed 13th out of 17 against Mount St. Mary, covering the 5K in 19:02… Ran his season-best in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships (33:14.93)… Finished 248th in the 8K at the ECAC Division III Championships, boasting a time of 33:34.5.

Prior to NP: 2009 graduate of Smithtown West High School... Earned Section XI Gold Key Award and Tri-Sport Award.
