2016: Named All-Atlantic Region… Ran a new school 8k standard time of 25:03.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (23^rd of 303)… Placed 15^th of 114 at the SUNYAC Championships (25:58.3)… Finished first of 119 runners at the Hobart and William Smith Colleges Invitational (25:34.8)… Posted a mark of 26:18.7 at the Saratoga Invitational (17^th of 172)… Placed 12^th of 174 at the Rowan Invitational (25:57.98)… Finished 21^st of 238 at the Vassar Invitational… Ran 13:48.4 at the Vassar Season Opener (14^th of 26).  

2015: Finished 19th of 119 at the SUNYAC Championships (26:01.5)... Placed39th of 288 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (26:19.3)... Ran season-low 8K time of 25:21.99 at the Rowan Invitational (25th of 231)... Turned in a time of 25:41 at the Paul Short Run (61st of 354)... Finished fifth of 76 at the SUNY Plattsburgh Invitational (27:04.4)... Posted a time of 19:42.7 at the RPI Invitational (26th of 302)... Placed fifth of 112 at in the Vassar 6K (20:04.2)... Completed the New Paltz Two-Miler in 10:04.6 (8th of 24).

2014: Ran a season-low 8K time of 25:48.90 at the UMass-Dartmouth Invite (18^th of 255)… Finished seventh of 81 at the Vassar 6K (20:25.44)… Placed second of 38 at the Stevens Two-Miler (9:48.63)… Placed 38^th of 212 at the Conn. College Invite (26:58)… Finished the Paul Short Run in 26:49.0 (150^th of 341)… Completed the SUNYAC Championship in 27:52.2 (59^th of 119)… Finished the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship in 27:24.7 (122^nd of 285).

2013: Named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team…placed 24th of 118 at the SUNYAC Championships with season-low 8K time of 26:01.0, the fourth-best time in school history…finished third of 103 in the Vassar 6K with reading of 19:44.04…recorded a mark of 26:23 at the Connecticut College Invite, placing 26th of 248…finished the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships in 26:55.2, ranking 94th of 275 harriers…took 13th of 112 at the Oneonta Invite with reading of 19:46.1…finished the Saratoga Invite in 26:35.7, taking 18th of 170…at the Geneseo Invitational, placed 57th of 255 with reading of 26:52.4…crossed the finish at Marist 5K with time of 18:16.13, good for 40th of 59.
