2024: Placed 12th at the SUNYAC Championship with a time of 27:33.7…best standing of the season was third at the Fred Pavlich Invitational…best time of the season was 16:25.81, placing ninth at the Ramapo Track and Field Invitational…placed 118th at the NCAA DIII Regionals with a time of 28:14.4...earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 semester...earned a spot on the SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor-Roll.

2023: Placed 46th at the SUNYAC Championship with a time of 27:36.0…best standing of the season at the New Paltz XC invitational placing 5th with a time of 28:50.6…best time of the regular season was 27:00.9 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regionals...named to the 2024 SUNYAC Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll...earned a spot on the Hawks Academic Honor Roll for the Fall 2023 semester.

2022: Placed 71st overall at the SUNYAC Championship after crossing in 30:12.3…placed 99th overall, and first in for New Paltz, after clocking in at 29:12.9 at the NCAA DIII Mideast Regional…best standing of the season was at the New Paltz Invitational at 8th overall with a time of 31:14.5…fastest 8K time of the season came at the Connecticut College Invitational-White, finishing in 28:28.1 for 52nd overall.

High School Accolades: Owego Free Academy Cross Country Rookie of the Year (2018)... Went to states as a sophomore after winning sectionals as the fifth runner (2019)... 18:28 5k placed 11th in class C section 4 (2021)... Owego Free Academy Cross Country Leadership Award (2021)... STAC Cross Country Central Division All-Star (2021)... Tom Bryant Sportsmanship Award (2022).

Personal: From Endicott, NY… graduated from Owego Free Academy in 2022… brother, Nathan Bowers ran Track and Cross Country at Nazareth College… enjoys playing volleyball in his free time and hiking… son of Becky and Sean Bowers.
