2012: Finished 5th out of 38 runners in the 4K (13:43) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 25th out of 110 in the 6K (21:04.28) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 28:18.8 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 201st out of 333… Took 110th out of 322 in the 8K (28:50) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Finished 76th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 29:01.47… Ran a 28:12.3 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 164th in a field of 297.

2011: Named team MVP… Led off the season with a 10th-place finish (out of 105) at the Vassar Invitational, going a 20:54 in the 6K… Crossed eighth out of 57 at the New Paltz Invitational… Covered the 8K in a season-best 27:10 at the Brooks Paul Short Run, finishing 24th out of 357 harriers… Managed a third-place result out of a 115-person field in the 8K at the Hamilton College Invitational (28:30.2)… Broke the 28-minute barrier yet again in the 8K at the Connecticut College Invitational, placing 72nd overall (out of 211) with a time of 27:53… Was New Paltz’s top finisher at the SUNYAC Championships, coming in 49th out of 116 entrants in the 8K (27:49.22)… Closed out his season with a 27:31.5 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships.

2010: Registered a fourth-place time (out of 100 runners) in the 6K (20:41) at the Vassar Invitational to open up the season… Placed 15th out of 127 harriers in the 8K at the Bard Invitational (27:46, season-best time)… Crossed the finish line eighth out of a field of 74 competitors at the Stevens Invitational, charting a 12:53.43 in the 4K… Clocked a 28:03.2 time in the 8K at the UAlbany Invitational… Took 73rd out of 125 runners at the SUNYAC Championships, navigating the 8K course in 28:37.80… Placed 184th out of 268 harriers in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships, recording a time of 28:40.9.

2009: Nabbed a third-place result in a 17-person field against Mount St. Mary, covering the 5K in 17:03… Took 14th out of 94 harriers at the Vassar Invitational with a time of 21:54 in the 6K… Placed ninth out of 125 harriers in the 8K at the Bard Invitational with a season-best 27:35… Charted a 29:16 in the 8K at the Paul Short Invitational… Managed a 150th-place finish in the 8K against a highly-competitive field at the Albany Invitational (28:00.3)… Went a 29:41.43 8K at the SUNYAC Championships, taking 86th overall… Boasted New Paltz’s third-fastest performance at the NCAA regional meet, completing the 8K in 29:17.4.

Prior to NP: 2009 graduate of Ocean City High School... Earned Most Improved Player award and was cross country team captain.
