2016: Finished 68^th of 114 at the 2016 SUNYAC Championships (28:09.7)… Ran a season-low 8k time of 27:20.9 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships (168^th of 303)… Placed 21^st of 119 at the Hobart and William Smith Colleges Invitational (27:50.8)… Posted a mark of 29:04.8 at the Saratoga Invitational (100^th of 172)… Finished 90^th of 174 at the Rowan Invitational (28:55.18)… Posted a time of 22:45.4 at the Vassar Invitational (172^nd of 238)… Ran 14:45.6 at the Vassar Season Opener (21^st of 26).

2015: Finished 67th of 119 at the SUNYAC Championships (27:56.9)... Ran the Rowan Invitational in 27:04.47 to place 140th of 231... Posted a mark of 27:23 at the Paul Short Run (266th of 354)... Placed 19th of 76 at the SUNY Plattsburgh Invitational with a time of 28:33.4... Ran 20:53.3 at the Vassar 6K (30th of 112)... Completed the New Paltz Two-Miler in 10:38.0 (20th of 24).

2014: Ran the UMass-Dartmouth Invite sub-varsity meet in 27:48.77 (29^th of 195) on Sept. 20… Finished the Vassar 6K in 22:13.49 (40^th of 81) on Sept. 6… Placed 29^th of 38 at the Stevens Two-Miler with time of 10:47.50 on Aug. 29.

2013: Named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team…posted an 8K time of 29:11.9 in the Saratoga Invitational, finishing 102nd of 170 competitors in only action of season.
