2014: Ran a season-low 8K time of 27:22.6 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships on Nov. 15 (119^th of 285)… Posted a mark of 27:41 at the Conn. College Invite on Oct. 18 (71^st of 212)… Ran a time of 27:42.7 (53^rd of 119) at the SUNYAC Championships… Finished the UMass-Dartmouth sub-varsity race in 27:45.64 (26^th of 195)… Posted a time of 10:26.71 (18^th of 38) at the Stevens Two-Miler… Ran 22:22.29 at the Vassar 6K on Sept. 6 (46^th of 81).

2013: Placed 16th of 103 competitors at the Vassar Invite with 6K mark of 20:44.90…finished the SUNYAC Championships in 26:41.7, taking 44th of 118…recorded a 6K time of 20:22.9 at the Oneonta Invitational, placing 32nd of 112…crossed the finish in 27:55.8 at the Saratoga Invite for 58th of 170 runners…at the Connecticut College Invitational, grabbed 73rd of 248 with time of 27:12…finished the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships in 27:16.3, placing 120th of 275…competed at the Marist Invite and recorded a 5K mark of 18:59.76, ranking 48th of 59.

2012: SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Finished third out of 38 runners in the 4K (13:40) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Finished with a time of 27:58.3 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 175th out of 333… Took 80th out of 322 in the 8K (28:20) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 27:11.79 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 50th out of 192… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 113th out of 233 with a time of 27:26… Finished 72nd out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 28:57.29… Ran a 27:15.0 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 98th in a field of 297.
