2014: Earned SUNYAC Hall of Fame status and First Team All-SUNYAC honors for his fourth place finish at the SUNYAC Championships (25:46.0)…. Placed fourth of 212 at the Conn. College Invite (25:54)… Won the Stevens Two-Miler with time of 9:40.47… Placed second of 81 with time of 20:09.18 at Vassar 6K… Placed 13^th of 255 at UMass-Dartmouth Invite with mark of 25:45.61… Took 55^th of 341 at Paul Short Run with reading of 25:59.7… Completed the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships in 26:53.5 (87^th of 285).

2013: Selected as the Team MVP…named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team and Commissioner’s List…posted season-low 8K time of 26:41.2 at the Geneseo Invite, placing 46th of 255 runners…finished the SUNYAC Championships in 27:05.7, good for 55th overall…competed at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships and completed the course in 27:24.4, placing 124th of 275…placed 30th of 170 at the Saratoga Invite, crossing the finish in 27:02.0…ran season-best 6K time at Oneonta Invite, recording a speed of 19:46.4, ranking 14th of 112…placed 55th of 248 at the Connecticut College Invitational with mark of 26:48…posted a time of 20:19.38 at the Vassar 6K, ranking 10th of 103 runners…ran the Marist 5K in 18:16.60, placing 42nd of 59 competitors.

2012: SUNYAC Commissioner’s List member… Won the New Paltz Invitational (4K) with a time of 13:33… Placed 24th out of 110 in the 6K (20:57.14) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 27:23.2 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 130th out of 333… Took 46th out of 322 in the 8K (27:47) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… Ran a 27:15.80 in the 8K at the Saratoga Invitational to finish 53rd out of 192… Finished 49th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 28:14.60… Ran a 27:18.4 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 103rd in a field of 297.

2011: Charted a 22:37 6K in his season-opening race at the Vassar Invitational, placing 31st in a 105-person field… Finished 35th out of 57 at the New Paltz Invitational… Was 199th out of 357 in the 8K at the Brooks Paul Short Run (29:52)… Navigated the 8K course in 30:22.8 at the Hamilton College Invitational, taking 29th overall out of 115 runners… Placed 138th in a 211-person field in the 8K at the Connecticut College Invitational (29:18)… Broke the 29-minute barrier at the SUNYAC Championships, going a 28:58.92 in the 8K (85th out of 116)… Closed out his season with a 28:41.9 in the 8K at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships, placing 178th in a 272-person field.
