2008: Ran a personal best of 27:33 in the 8K at SUNY Geneseo Invitational...At SUNYACs ran a time of 27:40 in an 8K placing 57th, and 2nd on the team. 2007: Team MVP... Personal best of 28:15 set in the 8K at the NCAA Regionals where he was the first finisher for the Hawks... Finished first on the team at SUNYACs in 28:58... During the non-traditional season he ran a 16:48 5K and a 10:24 steeplechase... Named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team... 2006: Season best 29:37 in the 8K set at ECACs...
