2013: Placed first of 103 runners with 6K time of 19:37.25 at the Vassar Invitational…recorded season-best 8K mark of 26:18.3 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championships, finishing 54th of 275 competitors, the ninth-best time in school history…placed 12th of 112 runners at the Oneonta Invite with 6K time of 19:45.7…finished the Saratoga Invitational in 26:35.4, placing 17th of 170…recorded a mark of 27:09.4 in the SUNYAC Championships, good for 57th of 118…registered a time of 26:38 at the Connecticut College Invite, taking 33rd of 248…finished the Geneseo Invitational in 26:35.2, placing 42nd of 255…recorded a 5K time of 18:15.91 at the Marist Invitational, good for 39th of 59 runners.

2012: Team MVP... SUNYAC All-Academic Team member… Finished second out of 38 runners in the 4K (13:38) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Finished with a time of 27:30.4 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 142nd out of 333… Took 26th out of 322 in the 8K (27:20) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 41st out of 233 with a time of 26:27… Finished 50th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 28:14.98… Ran a 26:54.1 in the 8K NCAA Division III Atlantic Regional Championships to finish 71st in a field of 297.

Prior to NP: Transferred from Marist College... Ran cross country and participated in track & field for the NCAA Division I Red Foxes.
