2013: Posted season-best time of 28:09.6 in the 8K at the SUNYAC Championships, ranking 83rd of 118 runners…ran a 6K speed of 20:33.1 in the Oneonta Invite, finishing 38th of 112 runners…finished the Vassar Invitational in 21:59.62, placing 49th of 103…competed in the Saratoga Invite and recorded a mark of 30:33.2, ranking 133rd of 170…ran in the Geneseo Invitational and placed 183rd of 255 with a reading of 29:16.2.

2012: Finished fourth out of 38 runners in the 4K (13:41) at the New Paltz Invitational to open the season… Placed 16th out of 110 in the 6K (20:39.24) at the Vassar Invitational… Finished with a time of 27:43.3 at the Rochester Invitational 8K, good for 157th out of 333… Took 106th out of 322 in the 8K (28:45) at the Brooks Paul Short Run… At the Connecticut College Invitational 8K, he finished 144th out of 233 with a time of 28:12… Finished 94th out of 121 harriers at the SUNYAC Championships with an 8K time of 29:45.42… Ran a 21:41.90 in the 6K Vassar Late Season Invitational.

2011: Took 33rd out of 105 runners in the 6K at the season-opening Vassar Invitational (22:43)... Crossed the finish line 19th in a 57-person field at the New Paltz Invitational.

2010: Turned in a time of 21:19 in the 6K at the Vassar Invitational, placing 10th out of 100 runners… Recorded a season-best time of 28:03 in the 8K at the Bard Invitational, finishing 19th out of 127 harriers… Covered the 4K at the Stevens Invitational in 13:10.15, taking 13th overall out of 74 competitors.

2009: Took fourth out of a field of 17 in the 5K against Mount St. Mary, covering the course in 17:04… Finished seventh out of 125 runners in the 6K at the Bard Invitational, posting a time of 27:26… Placed 151st out of 245 in the 8K at the highly-competitive Paul Short Invitational (29:15)… Registered a season-best 28:33.5 standard in the 8K at the Albany Invitational… Charted a time of 30:18.08 at the SUNYAC Championships, placing 95th out of 119… Concluded his season with a 199th-place performance at the NCAA regional meet (29:17.7).

Prior to NP: 2009 graduate of Roy C. Ketcham High School...Made All-County for cross country and was a Poughkeepsie Journal All-Star.
